Vadodara: waghodia police nabbed nine including college students for 31st party

Police nabbed nine persons, including eight college students from Vadodara, who were having a 3D party on the night of December 31 at Orbit-99 Bungalows, house No. 99, on the road from Raval to Rasulabad in Waghodia taluka. Due to the strict police presence the youths had gone there to celebrate.

PSI A.G. Parmar received information about some people were having a drink party at Orbit-99 Bungalows, house No. 92, situated on the road from Rawal to Rasulabad. Based on that Head Constable Mashulbhai Kalabhai and staff reached the spot and cordon the bungalow. During checking inside nine youths including three girls were dancing on the the beats of the music and also drink and having dinner. Police found plastic glass, four bottles of Indian-made liquor at the spot.

Police caught nine persons from the spot including eight college youths and DJ. Police arrested the youths and seized nine mobile phones, four bottles of Indian-made liquor, eight plastic glasses, two cars, music system and seized a total of Rs 1,7,55,400 items from there.

All are tested as per Covid 19 guideline and police later booked them for prohibition, not maintaining social distancing and violation of the notification and further investigation is on in the matter.
