Police issued challan for not wearing seat belt

Vadodara traffic police strictly implementing the new revised traffic rules in the city and taking no easy measures to leave the violaters. The teams not only caught the private vehicles but also the government run vehicles to show the rules are equal for everyone.

In one such incident on Sunday the traffic teams caught government run ST buses and collect fine from the drivers for not following the traffic rules. The on duty policemen stop the Gujarat ST bus heading towards Fatehpura from Surat and found the driver was not wearing the seat belt. They immediately issues the challan of 500 rupees to him.

Meanwhile they stop a AC Volvo heading towards Surat from Ahmedabad as the driver was not wearing the seat belt and issued a challan of 500 rupees to him. The action by the police proves that rules are equal for everyone and one has to pay the penalty for violation.

The city traffic department strictly implemented the rules where the teams specially check people not wearing helmets, wrong side driving, break traffic signals and caught the violaters.
