Around 526 policemen deputed Notification released to ban the gathering
As per city police commissioner Anupam Sinh Gahlaut the approaching road towards Polytechnic college will be closed for vehicular traffic till the counting process completes on 23rd May. Nearly 526 police jawans will be on duty on the day which includes 4 ACP, 2 Joint CP, 2 DCP, 18 PI, 49 PSI and 452 ASI, Head Constables, police constables and LRD's.
The jawans will be resume duty from 6am on the counting day and the road towards Polytechnic college will be closed for any type of vehicular traffic since morning. Jawans in civil dress will keep an eye on the activities and ensure the counting takes place smoothly.
The police department also released a notification ban the gathering of four or more persons inside the 200 meters area from the counting centre. Parking is also restricted in the area till the counting process completes on the day.
