Vadodara police arrested the Tadpatri gang for their involvement in attacking the police and robbed the trailer

Arrested six members of the gang with 22.88 lakhs items

Vadodara crime branch arrested the Tadpatri gang for their involvement in attacking the police and robbed the trailer on National highway near Vadodara on 4th February. The team arrested six members of the gang with 22.88 lakhs items and further investigating in the case.

Giving details Vadodara crime branch DCP Jaydeep Sinh Jadeja said, around 10 to 12 members of the Tadpatri gang attacked PCR 25 and 26 and looted the trailer laden with betel nuts, cashew nuts, clothes and other things worth around 22,88,400 rupees. They later goed from the spot towards Ahemdabad and a complaint was registered in Makarpura police station.

During the investigation the crime branch team arrested six members of Tadpatri gang namely Abdulla Charkha, Zuber Ibrahim Charkha, Mukesh Gora Nayak, Mehboob Chandaliya, Chandu Nayka and Husain Hayat all residents of Godhra and recovered the trailer and other things from them. The team declare Seven along with Amro Bhil, Alpesh Baria and Ratna Mitha as wanted in the matter.

As per the DCP all the accused has criminal history and cases registered against them in Makarpura and Panigate is detected. A diary also is found from them which carries some numbers of truck which the gang used to commit their crime.
