Vadodara PCB team arrested 15 gamblers near Wadi Idgah Maidan

Seized 3.75 lakhs items declared one as wanted

Vadodara PCB team busted a gambling den and arrested 15 gamblers from near Wadi Idgah Maidan. The team seized over 3.75 lakhs and declared another as wanted in the matter.

The PCB police team during patrol received the information about gambling in the open field near Babasaheb’s Peetha in front of Gajrawadi Idgah ground in Wadi area.

The team conducted raid and caught Kate, Manish Chavda, Tushar Jagtap, Amir Hussain Pathan, Dinesh Kathwas, Sanjay Kanojia, Kaushik Jadav, Bhavik Parmar, Akash Golia, Tohid Surati, Asif Sheikh and Suraj Vasava were nabbed by the police during the raid.

Police seized 2.33 lakhs, mobile phones, vehicles from the spot and detained all under prohibition act. Police declared gambler Rajesh Thakor as wanted.
