Vadodara PCB caught duplicate beedi production godown from near Kadakbazaar area falls under Sayajigunj police station. The team seized 1.74 lakhs items from the spot and arrested two in the matter.

PCB PSI R.D. Bamniya and squad received the information about the illegal godown running at New Complex in Kadakbazaar area of the city with the name of Naresh Beedi.

Based on that the team raid the place and found 7380 packets of beedis of various brands. They also failed to produce any legal receipt or bills and booked two under CrPC 41 (1) and further investigating.

The PCB team caught Naresh Agrawal and seized packets of beedis of different brands worth 1,74,600 from the godown.
