Vadodara Division EnHM Wing initiated a specialised training programme

Training of Skill Training of Manpower with Modern Technology for Cleaning Staff of Vadodara Division WRly.

Vadodara Division EnHM Wing has initiated a specialized training programme of "Skill Training of Manpower with Modern Technology for Cleaning Staff of Vadodara Division WRly", in collabration with Gujarat Tourism Board under Prime Ministers Kaushalya Vikas Yojnas (PMKVY) Skill India development.

The training module is 12hrs consisting of Theoretical, Practical and Soft Skill Development. Special Trainers from M/s Karcher have been deputed through Gujarat Tourism Board. The aim of the training programme is to develop a pool of trained cleaning staff of contractors who are aware of use of modern technology in cleaning, courteous behaviour with passengers, having pride in their job abilities. As an added Initiative each individual trainee would be provided with a Government of India Certificate, a stipend of RS.500/- and a Saftey kit.

Gujarat Tourism Board has given the work order for training of 500 number contractual staff of vadodara Area to M/s Karcher. The targeted staff for training are Station Cleaning Staff, On Board House Keeping staff, Mechanised Coach Cleaning Staff, Clean Train Station Staff, ACCA or Linen supply staff in Trains.

Training for the first four batch of 50 staff each i.e total 200 staff training has started from 03.09.2019 at Vadodara Station.

This has been possible due to the support and encouragement of DRM, ADRM and Sr.DME Vadodara. The entire Innitiative has been planned and executed by DEnHM, ADEnHM vadodara.
