Meteorological Department has forecast the cyclonic storm “Tauktae” to hit the Gujarat coast in 24 hours. In concern with that Vadodara District Collector Shalini Agarwal, accompanied by District Superintendent of Police held a video conference with the Vadodara District Medical Oxygen Suppliers, Traders and other concerned departments. She gave instructions to provide oxygen to all hospitals in case of cyclone and other disasters.

Under the instruction and guidance of District Collector Shalini Agarwal, various safety and accident prevention measures are being taken by the taluka administration.

As part of this, the removal of large banners, placards and hoardings in the towns of various talukas endangering safety in the atmosphere of strong winds was removed under the supervision of the administration.
