Vadodara crime branch seized 40 boxes of IMFL from Kishenwadi area

Vadodara crime branch arrested one with boxes of IMFL from Kishenwadi area of the city. The boxes were hidden under the heap of grass and brought inside the city in a Eicher tempo. Four others are declared wanted by the police.

As the whole city is under lockdown the crime branch recieved a information about the liquor consignment arrived at Kishenwadi. The team kept a watch and caught the liquor boxes hidden under heap of animal fodder. The liquor was arrived inside a Eicher tempo and police arrested Arvind Devipujak. Four others Nayendra Kahar, Krunal Kahar, Nilesh Kahar and Shailesh Machi are declared Wanted by the police.

It is to be mentioned that the city entry exit points are sealed due to lockdown and the carrier used heap of animal fodder to hide the liquor boxes to enter inside the city. Crime branch caught the liquor before it’s distribution. The team seized 114 bottles of 750 ml each, Beer tins 2256 and tempo total 7.77 lakhs from Jhanda Chowk Kishenwadi.
