Vadodara crime branch arrested one for selling duplicate watches of branded companies in the city. He was booked for cheating and copyright act by the police. The team seized 27lakhs worth watches from the shop after the raid.

Based on the complaint the team along with official from Parekh Intellectual Services raid the Dalson watch showroom at Dandia Bazaar area and found the owner selling duplicate wrist watches of popular brands. The owner was selling duplicate watches of Hubot, Tommy Hilfiger, Rado, Casio, Fossil, Police, Diesel, Taghuer, Channel, Degor, Bretlig, Ferrari, Michael Core, Calvin Klein, Movado, Tissot, Armani, Rolex, Mont Blank and Cartier brands.

The team seized 540 wrist watches worth 27 lakhs from the shop and arrested the owner Ishwar Sajnani from the spot. He was booked under IPC 420 and Copyright act 1957 section 63,64, 65 and further investigation is on in the matter.
