Accused lured people to give job in IAF

The cyber cell of Vadodara crime branch arrested one for cheating people of lakhs of rupees by promised them job in Indian Airforce.

A complaint was registered with crime branch on 27th December 2017 by one Nirav Patel against one Niraj Suthar for cheating candidates by promise them job in Indian Airforce.

The complaint states that the accused claimed to be serving in IAF and have good contacts with the officials in the force. He won confidence of the candidates and prepare duplicate appointment letters for them. The accused then trap the complainant and the other candidates and make them work as labourers in the NCC office at Kirtistambh for nearly a year.

What is more alarming was that the accused cheated and collected 19 lakhs from the complainant and other 37lakhs from the other candidates during the time.

The accused was on the run for the last five months and finally caught by the cyber crime team on Wednesday. Based on the input the team arrested the accused and began investigation to recover the money and search for the associates helping him in the crime. The team also investigate about the other victims cheated by the accused along with the complainant and the candidates.
