Clicks pictures of garbage and send to the corporation as a memo from people

Vadodara Congress started Janata Memo programme from 1st November parallel with the new traffic rules to show the real picture of the city. The team clicks pictures of garbage and send to the corporation telling them to provide basic amenities first and then implement the new rules.

Hefty traffic fines for the new rules lead to clashes between people and police jawans in the city and to counter it Vadodara Congress started the Janta Memo campaign in Vadodara. They asked for the pictures from people of problem in their areas and claimed to be getting good response. They get the picture of garbage on road, drainage, pot holes on road and other photos of problems from the people.

As per President Prashant Patel they visited the Parshuram Bhatha area during their ongoing Janata Memo campaign and found heaps of garbage near the bridge. They clicked the pics and send it to the corporation as a memo from the residents. They also shouted slogans at the spot and tried to wake up the corporation authorities.

Chandrakant Srivastav leader of opposition said the heaps of garbage put the city in the grip of diseases. People are getting water at low pressure and the areas getting good pressure get polluted water supply. The people lacked primary basic facilities and the new traffic rules are implemented to create more pressure on their pockets. Congress hence started the Janata Memo programme to fight against such situation.
