Vadodara Collector Shalini Agrawal appreciated FPS owners for maintaining healthy practice during distribution of ration

Vadodara
district administration is strictly implementing the lockdown rules and
spreading awareness in people to follow healthy hygiene while moving out or
staying at home. In one such initiative the district Collector Shalini Agrawal
appreciate the efforts of the shopkeeper at Chhani to maintain the guidelines
during the distribution of ration.

The Gujarat
state government has announced free ration to the card holders of APL-1 from
Monday 13th April, which gives benefit to 4.17 lakhs non NFSA APL 1 card
holders in Vadodara district. Maintaining the social distance the card holders
can get 10kg wheat, 3kg rice, 1kg sugar, 1kg of gram and Dal free of cost from
the fair price shops.

Supply office provide masks and sanitisers to the fair price shop owners to
maintain healthy hygiene during the distribution of ration to people. The
beneficiaries have to wear masks, use sanitiser and maintain social distance
during the distribution.

Collector Shalini Agrawal on Tuesday reached a
Fair Price shop in Chhani and appreciated the efforts of the shopkeeper when he
