Vadodara city is observing total lockdown for 21 days in view of Coronavirus. However the situation proves to be miserable for the animals as there is no one on roads to care for them. In normal days people were seen feeding the animals in popular spots like Sursagar, Kamatibaug, Gandhinagar Gruh, Nyaymandir, Chakli circle and other areas. But after the total lockdown there is no one to feed them and their condition becomes miserable.

Taking it as their responsibility Vadodara police comes the rescue of such animals and provide them food while maintaining the law and order situation in the city. The teams also feed the cows with green fodder and also provide it to the owners wherever there is shortage.
