Vadodara based Nextray Technologies to contribute 50 LED lights

Help illuminate Navlakhi ground to stop rising crime against girls

Vadodara based company Nextray Technologies is ready to contribute 50 LED lights to illuminate Navlakhi ground to save the girls of the city to falling prey to crimes. The decision was taken in view of the Navlakhi gangrape incident happened at the very ground on Thursday night.

The company having their presence in the
city since 2004 and engaged in manufacturing LED lights. During a managment
meeting the idea stuck and they decide to go ahead with the plan. They are in talks
with the police department and other agencies to make it possible.

“The gangrape incident shook us from
inside and during out company meeting the idea was shared and accepted by the
owners Chinkesh Patel and Hardik Patel. We proposed to install 50 LED street
lights covering the Navlakhi ground to help the girls move freely there. The
incident area where the bushes make it impossible to see will also be covered
in this,” said Deep Parikh from Nextray Technologies.

The company shared the idea in their facebook
and Instagram pages and getting tremendous response from people ready to help
in their own ways. The representatives of the company are in talks with
Vadodara police department to go ahead with their project to illuminate the
popular Navlakhi ground.
