Decide to boycott elections in view of their demands for sitting space inside new court building

Vadodara Bar Association decide to boycott elections in view of their demands for sitting space inside the new court building.They are agitating on the matter for quite sometime and are away from work raising their demands.Bar president Hasmukh Bhatt said as per Supreme Court guidelines the officer grade advocates must get sitting and other facilities inside the court premises.However the new court building in Vadodara failed to provide such facilities to the advocates and they are fighting for it for the last one year.The administration is also not taking in concern their demands after so much of representations.

He further said and threaten to boycott elections on 23rd April as their demands are still not resolved.On 20th April the presidents of every Bar association in Gujarat is coming for a meeting in Vadodara regarding the issues.We advocates along with the family members will boycott elections on 23rd April.
