Vadodara airport bags the Swachh Bharat Award 2019 for the cleanest and safest airport

In the category of Annual passenger handling capacity up to 1.5 million.

Vadodara airport ranked topped in India and bags the Swachh Bharat Award 2019 for the cleanest and safest airport in the category of Annual passenger handling capacity up to 1.5 mlllion.

The Award will be conferred upon by Guruprasad Mohapatra, IAS, Chairman, Airports Authority of India and will be received by Vadodara airport director Charan Singh on the eve of 24th Annual Day function scheduled to be held in New Delhi on 31st March 2019.

In view of the passenger amenities the airport is already in process to implement new parking policy for the smooth flow of vehicles inside the premises. The administration is also trying to introduce many services and amenities for the betterment of the people and make it one of the iconic places to visit.
