Demand to start the court proceedings at the earliest

In a unique protest Vadodara advocate Vinod Barot tonsured his head to demand opening of court at the earliest. He said due to no earning the condition of the advocates are getting worse day by day. He demand to start the court proceedings at the earliest with strict guidelines.

After Unlock 2 government give further relaxations to everyone and issued important advisories to follow in view of Corona pandemic. Courts are also closed after the implementation of lockdown and yet to open even after the Unlock 2. Advocates in Vadodara are demanding to open the court at the earliest as their condition are getting worse due to no earning for months.

Senior advocate Vinod Barot tonsured his head in protest for not allowing the court to open even after the Unlock 2 in place. He said the conditions of advocate are worse due to non functioning of courts and demand to start them at the earliest. He said everything was allowed after the Unlock 2 so why the courts are still waiting to open. He request the government to allow the courts to start as per guidelines.

Further he said the agitation will continue till the courts are allowed to open.
