USA based Renowned Photonics Scientist Visited CHARUSAT

US-based highly acclaimed photonics scientist, Dr. RenuTripathi visited CHARUSAT and presented her expert lecture on “The Role of Photonics (Light Science) in the special context of navigation in space science.

Dr.RenuTripathi is a famous photonics scientist at University of Delaware, USA. She has got Doctorate from IIT Delhi.

The talk was organized by Charusat Space Research and Technology Centre (CSRTC) under the dynamic leadership of Dr. S P Kosta, Head, CSRTC and Advisor, CHARUSAT and Dr. R V Upadhyay, Principal, PDPIAS. She also interacted with faculty members of PDPIAS and EC Department, CSPIT.The faculty members were very excited during the session and raised various questions during question answer session which lasted for around 40 minutes after the talk. After that, Researchers of CHARUSAT provided detailed information on important issues related to education and research.

Principal and Dean of the PD Institute of Applied Sciences, Dr.R.V.Upadhyay and Faculty also interacted with Dr. RenuTripathi. She also visited the Electronic and Communication Engineering Department of Chandubhai Patel Institute of Technology. She was very impressed with the system of the University.

Dr. BG Patel, Provost, had discussion regarding various academic and research activities conducted by the university to Dr Renu Tripathi. Deputy Registrar, CHARUSAT, Dr. Harish Desai and Hashmukh Patel were also present.
