Two theft arrested by Vadodara crime branch

Vadodara Crime branch arrested two accused involved in the theft of 1,60,000 from the diki of a moped parked in front of a bank in J.P. road area of the city.

Today on Sunday the crime branch team on a perfect information kept watch at the Bhutdizanpa ground and arrested Shahnawaz Sunni 21 and Ismail Sheikh 29 both residents of Hathikhana. During interrogation they accepted that both of them have stolen the money from the diki of the two wheeler parked outside the SBI Bank at Diwalipura area of the city. A report in this regard was also registered at Gotri police station on 6th January 2016.

From the both arrested Shahnawaz Sunni was earlier arrested in quarrel and fight by Karelibaug police and also send to Surat jail under PASA. Police is further investigating about both the accused involved in other theft offences and also to recover the stolen money from them.
