Two persons died in late night accident in Vadodara

Fatehgunj police arrested the car driver and further investigation is on on the matter.

Two persons died in late night accident in Vadodara at Nizampura Mehsananagar circle between Baleno car and auto rickshaw. Fatehgunj police arrested the car driver and further investigation is on on the matter.

As per information two passengers inside the rickshaw died after the accident with the car. Fatehgunj police is further investigating in the case.

The incident happened around 11.30 late night where the rickshaw driver applied sudden brakes after saw the speeding Baleno car coming from Navayard area. The rickshaw turned turtle and car knocked it with a impact. Two passengers Dharamveer Lalsingh and Surjit Sardarsingh Natwaria died on the spot and three others injured which includes the rickshaw driver.

Fatehgunj police arrived at the spot and send the bodies of postmortem. The locals also gathered at the spot after the impact and tried to help the injured. They also point about non availability of speed breaker at the spot which lead to the accident and demand to have one there. Police arrested Kansik Alpeshbhai Shah 28 residing at Dharm Residency near Suryanagar Garba ground, Waghodia road and further investigating in the matter.

Both the injured are said to be the residents of Jashodanagar of Makarpura and police found ganja and Chilam from them.
