Two masked conman robbed a electronic shop in Vadodara

Victim said the thugs enchant and robbed him of chain and gold rings

Two masked conman, charmed and robbed an electronic shop owner in Vadodara with his gold-plated Rudraksha chain and two rings.

In ten minutes the accused rob the trader and the whole incident was captured in the cctv installed inside the shop. Police began investigation in the matter based on the footage.

As per details the owner Harshadbhai Shah runs an electric shop called Shakti Enterprise near Chhelipol in Wadi area of ​​the city. He was present at 9 am at his shop when two thugs wearing masks (mandatory during Corona virus pandemic) entered the store asking for some electronic items. During this time they enchant the trader and robbed him of gold-plated Rudraksha chain and two gold rings and fled from there.

Harshadbhai Shah suffering from arthritis said, he had opened the shop in the morning and during that time two customers wearing masks and caps visit his shop and asked for some electronic items, were confused.

Meanwhile one of the thig said, “I am starting a new gold shop next to Mandvi Attarwala. Take Rs 200 and touch the gold you are wearing and put it in the Ramji temple in front of your shop. I kept doing as he instructed me and then took off my own gold-plated Rudraksha chain and two gold rings and handed over to them. When I regain sense I found that my thugs ran away with the jewellery I worn.”

He further said that, the incident has been reported to the Wadi police station and handed over the cctv footage to them where the thugs were captured. Wadi police have launched an investigation based on the complaint and footage. The incident becomes a talking point in the area.
