Two died in a triple accident on NH8 near Vadodara

23 injured shifted to hospital for treatment

Two persons
died in a triple accident between Golden Crossing and Dumad chowkdi on NH 8
near Vadodara city. The driver and cleaner of the bus carrying marriage
procession died in the accident which took place during midnight. 23 injured, people
are shifted to SSG hospital for treatment.

As per
details the marriage procession started from Surat was on the way to Ambaji in
a luxury bus of Ghanshyam travels. During early morning around 3am the bus and
two trucks crashed into each other between Golden crossing and Dumad chowkdi
near Vadodara.

Sahdev
Rabari (Samarpura, Mahisagar) driver of the bus and cleaner died on the spot.
23 others with injuries were shifted to SSG hospital for treatment.

Fire brigade
station officer Harshvardhan Puwar said their team reached the spot immediately
after the message. A trailer knocked the cotton laden truck moving in front and
passed ahead. Meanwhile the luxury bus come crashed in from behind the cotton truck
with a big thud.

The fire
teams rescued Ravikumar Rawal, Ajjubhai Morya, Tina Rawal, Amrut Rabari and
Amba Chaudhari from the bus. They used cutters and scadders to take out the bus
driver and cleaner stuck inside the cabin. The cotton truck jumped the divider
and went down on the side of the road after the accident.

Harni police
also reached the spot after the information and behan investigation. Traffic
was jammed due to the accident and long que of vehicles were seen on the
highway. Police behan investigation to caught the driver and cleaner of the
cotton truck who fled from the spot after the accident.
