Two arrested for raping a minor girl in Vadodara

Two cousin brothers were arrested by Makarpura police for raping a minor girl in Vadodara on Monday evening. The accused raped the minor when she was studying on the terrace of her house. Both the accused lived in neighborhood.

The victim is 13 year old and living in Shivshakti Nagar behind Makarpura ST Depot and studying in 8th standard of a hindi school in the area. On Monday the girl was studying on the terrace of her house and her mother was busy in kitchen work.

During that time 19 year old Manish Pratap Yadav Rajesh Harendra Yadav living in neighborhood reached the terrace where the girl was studying. Rajesh father Harendra Yadav is brother in law of victim's father.

As the two accused reached the terrace they pounced on the minor girl before she can understand something and press her mouth. The minor tried to save herself from them but failed as the two forced himself on her.

However after hearing the sound the mother of the girl rushed to the terrace to see what happened but till then both the accused managed to ran away from the spot.

The girl started crying after saw her mother and in the meanwhile her father also reached home after came to know about the incident. The victim's father has a Leth Machine workshop at Makarpura GIDC. After get to know about the whole incident from the daughter and his wife the father of the girl gave complaint against the neighbours Manish Yadav and Rajesh Yadav at Makarpura police station.

The father of the minor girl said that both the accused are from Bihar and Rajesh came to the city just one and half months back. He demand stricter punishment for the accused who spoiled her daughter's life. Makarpura police arrested both the accused and further investigating the case.
