On World First Aid day MSU organised a First Aid training programme for the students. The programme was organised with the help of Indian Red Cross society in the Deendayal Upadhyay auditorium where Dr. Vishwajit Upadhyay gives training and live demo to the participants.
The training programme is helpful for the students as they can attend to any medical emergency like unconscious, fever, dehydration, burn, accident before they shift their friends to the hospitals. In this training programme the instructor shows how to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation on a dummy patient. Apart from this the other things were taught was to take quick action in the time of burn, fracture, unconscious and CPR. Total 175 students took part in the programme and learned the first aid skills.
