INGREDIENTS
- 7 Tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 green chilies
- 1 onion
- 2Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1 tsp Heeng
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 500 gms soaked Rice
Method
- Soak rice
- Heat oil in a pan, add jeera , peppercorns, heeng , chopped onion , garlic & green chilies.
- Let it brown
- Now, add tomatoes & cook it till it wilts.
- Close lid once water has reduced & it just covers the rice.
- Let it cook on low flame
- Serve hot, garnished with mint leaves.
