Capable of automatically cutting, rounding and shaping while making the sweets

Kishan Vaghasia, Jagadish Gondalia & Hiren Trapasia, three Engineering Graduates Of Vadodara have Created an automatic sweet making machine through their startup venture “Millennium Techno Solutions” Incubated At GTU Innovation & Startup Centre – Vadodara.

The machine is designed in such a way that all the desserts have same taste, size, weight and quality. This machine will be capable of automatically cutting, rounding and shaping it while making sweets. Within just one hour, 2800 – 3000 pieces of sweets can be prepared using this machine.

The speciality of a machine operates with less power consumption. the startup, supported by Gujarat Technological University has also received grant of Rs.1.5 Lakh under the student startup & innovation policy. Startup venture started by engineering graduates from GTU have installed thier first machine at BAPS temple kitchen, Gondal.

During their college days, they got the idea of solving the problem of variations in size & weight of sweet piece for mass food production especially designed for public / mega kitchens.
