Thousands took part in protests against SC Sabarimala verdict in Kerala
Thousands took out a march against the Supreme Court verdict allowing women of all ages to enter the Sabrimala temple in Kerala here on 8thOctober. Ever since the verdict was passed on September 28th, thousands of devotees from various Hindu organizations like Nair Service Society have rushed to the streets to mark their protest against the verdict.
Even people from other parts of the country are showing their protest against verdict. Not taking issue as political many parties have also raised their voice against the verdict indirectly and requested state government to file review petition in the honorable SC.
Protest is turning huge day by day in Kerala starting from Sunday even today huge number of people took out rally. Hadtal was also declared in the area near the temple. Sources in Kerala police informed media that situation is under control and no violence has been reported yet.
