    Taking about 1200 people to Lucknow

    Following the coordination of District Collector Shalini Agarwal, a third train will run from Vadodara to Lucknow taking the people of Uttar Pradesh to their home state. The day and time of its departure will be decided later.
      
    It is to be mentioned that the District Collector has been entrusted by the State Government to send the people stuck in Vadodara city and district due to lockdown and wants to go to Uttar Pradesh their home state with security, care, and facilities. Nodal Officer, Province Officers, Mamlatdars, and the entire revenue system are taking care of health check-up of those who want to travel, the arrangement of food packets, timely arrival at railway stations from talukas and arrangement of passes.

    This work is being done by the District Collector in constant coordination with the Uttar Pradesh Administration, the concerned department of the Government of Gujarat, the nodal officer appointed by the government for this and the railway system.  Following this, a third train has been allowed to run and it is planned to take about 1200 people from Vadodara to Lucknow.
