Decamp with jewellery and cash worth around 18 lakhs
In 150 meters area thieves strikes inside two houses in Bakrawadi area of Vadodara city and decamp with jewellery and cash worth around 18 lakhs. Both the houses are comes under jurisdictions of Wadi and Navapura police stations.
Hansraj Parmar has a three floor house at Ambedkar Chowk in Bakrawadi area and works as SGA in LIC. His wife Daksha doing redimade garments business from the house. The family went to play garba on the first day and slept at the first floor of the house after returned back. Meanwhile someone entered the house and decamp with 30 tola gold and cash worth 9.17 lakhs.
As Daksha woke up in the morning and informed her husband after found the things scattered inside the locker and almirah. They informed the Navapura police and they reached the spot and further investigating after registered the case against unknown persons.
In tbe second incident happened just 150 meters away from Ambedkar Chowk inside the house of Bhavesh Jain lives along with his family inside Shraddha society. Involved in Copper and Brass business he went to Rajasthan with his family and shocked to see the front lock broken after returning back. After checking the 69 tolas of gold jewellery and cash total worth around nine lakhs missing from the locker.
He immediately informed Wadi police about the theft. The team reached the spot and further investigating after registered the case. Police felt that one gang might be involved in both the theft incidents.
