Motorola has officially confirmed the launch date of its next foldable. According to the latest tweet from the official handle, the company will unveil its next foldable on June 1 in select markets like China and US.
Based on leaks, the Razr 40 Ultra is likely to launch on the said date, whose renders were leaked by Evan Blass a few days ago.
Leaked pictures confirm that the Razr 40 Ultra will have a large cover display with a dual-camera setup. The device is also speculated to launch in at least four colours.
In terms of specifications, the Moto Razr 40 is said to feature the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC with up to 12 GB RAM and 512 GB of internal storage.
The device is likely to have a 6.7-inch FHD+ resolution screen with either a 120Hz or 144Hz refresh rate. The device is said to ship with Android 13 OS and will receive some major Android updates.
The smartphone is said to offer a 32 MP selfie camera on the inside and a dual-camera setup on the camera display, featuring a 12 MP primary wide-angle camera and a 13 MP ultra-wide-angle lens.
The Moto Razr 40 Ultra is likely to feature a 3640mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging via the USB Type-C port.
