A team from central goverment visited Vadodara in view of the rising cases in the city and reviewed the situation. They appreciate the efforts of administration to increase the beds and well planned efforts for oxygen, ventilators and other facilities in the hospitals.

Officer on Special Duty Dr. Vinod Rao said, the central government team visited the Pioneer campus and witness the PPP efforts by the administration to increase the beds and other facilities for the patients. The Liquid Oxygen Tank foundation is ready and Tank will be installed on Wednesday. Already 250 beds are functioning with about 130 Bed occupancy and 150 more beds will be ready for use tonight.

He informed that the central team highly appreciated about how they increased capacity of COVID Beds from 2400 to 10,400 in just one month. This is how they managed well despite of occupancy increasing from 600 to 7800 during the same time.

The team also appreciated our well-planned efforts for increasing Oxygen Beds, Ventilators and COVID Hospitals proactively and well in advance.
