Team Education’s Blood Donation Campaign

110 teachers turned up for blood donation camp at Vadodara

With the noble intention of providing blood in case of need to save the lives of patients undergoing treatment of Covid, a teacher collaborative blood donation campaign has been launched by Team Education. The campaign is organised at various places in state with the inspiration and encouragement of Dr. Vinod Rao, Officer on Special Duty and Education Secretary.

Under this campaign, a blood donation camp for teachers was organized in Vadodara on Sunday in which 110 teachers from city and district turned up to donate blood. Blood donation was received for Sayaji Hospital in this camp.

So far, blood donation camps have been organized in Padra, Bodeli, Desar and Vadodara under this campaign. More than 500 teachers participated in these camps to donate blood.

Dr. Rao applauded the service spirit of the blood donor teachers. He thanked all for the encouraging response to the campaign.
