Air Odisha will start Bhavnagar's 19-seat flight from Surat from February 10. The flight was scheduled to start on January 23, but delayed by not receiving a pilot license. Air Odisha CEO Ashutosh Pani said that Air Odisha was about to start the flight from January 23,but Could not start because DGCA did not give a pilot license in time.
