Sudhin Mathur appointed as a new MD of Motorola Mobility India Pvt Limited

Lenovo Mobile Business Group appointed Sudhin Mathur as Managing Director of Motorola Mobility India Pvt Limited. Mathur will continue to serve as Executive Director for Lenovo MBG India.

On this occasion he expressed his happiness by saying that “I am honoured to lead the India business for Motorola Mobility, the pioneers of mobile technology in the world. In the last four years, we have established Lenovo Moto as the challenger brand in the country and I am excited to lead this business further as we define a new era of mobility”.

Mathur has been running the operations for Lenovo MBG in India since its inception in the country four years ago and Under his leadership, the brand notched the No. 2 position by both value and volume in this cluttered and competitive market, rising from the 31st position in the year it entered the market.

Vice President of Lenovo MBG APAC said “Sudhin has been a thought leader in the Indian Smartphone industry. He brings enormous amount of experience and we are confident that Sudhin will take the business to greater heights in the Smartphone sector”.
