Strict police security kept inside the MSU and other public places after the incident of Fine Arts students sprayed the walls of the city with anti CAB slogans. The team also closely monitoring the CCTV footage in the control room for similar activities in the city.

Vadodara crime branch arrested seven in the matter including five students of Fine Arts faculty for writing derogatory remarks to disturb the peace in the city. The accused chose different places in the city to spray paint the walls of police bhavan, Kala Ghoda, Fatehgunj Pavilion and Rosary School to write the derogatory slogans visible to the people. The aim is to disturb the peace in the city and damage public property.

The police arrested all the seven and present them in the court. They also put security at various places to stop such incidents which can disturb the peace in the city.

"The students were present before the court where they get bail in strict conditions as it's a matter of their career. During investigation we found that the students wants to create the impact of CAB in Vadodara and involved in such acts. As precautionary measures we enforce patrolling in areas crowded by students and public. Our teams also monitor the CCTV at the control room to keep a tab on such activities," said DCP Sandeep Chaudhary.
