The current
COVID 19 lockdown period has forced everyone to work from home. But for working
from home, you need support of technology and internet. However many of them
are facing challenges and tries many ways to overcome it.

The staff
members of Parul university are also engage themselves in making homemade masks
to fight against the deadly virus. Due to lockdown some of their staff members
who are working in the capacity of Office Assitants are facing challenges to
work from home. However they find a good way to overcome it.

The staff
members of Parul University engage themselves by working from home to prepare
masks from unused cloths. Each staff member is manufacturing 10 hand made masks
on daily basis. They are preparing masks based on the video tutorials of
Faculty of Design. They have a target to manufacture 5000 such masks every
month.

“Its a
good initiative from our staff members to extend help in such difficult time.
These masks will be distributed to needy people of society by the Social
Responsive Cell of the University. Good thing with cloth mask is that it can be
reused by sterilising it,” said Dr. Devanshu Patel President Parul
University.
