India's Under-19 cricket team to take on hosts UAE in opening match of Under-19 Asia Cup in Dubai

India's Under-19 cricket team will take on the UAE in the opening match of ACC Under-19 Asia Cup in Dubai today. The match will begin at 11 this morning. In another encounter, Pakistan will take on Afghanistan, while Kuwait will take on Sri Lanka.

This is the second time after the 2013-14 edition that the UAE is hosting this 50-over tournament. India has dominated this tournament lifting the ACC Under-19 Cup seven times and once sharing the title with Pakistan in 2012. The only other nation to have lifted this Cup is Afghanistan in 2017 after beating Pakistan by 185 runs in Malaysia.
