Indian Squash teams to play their Pre-Quarterfinal Fixture today in Hong Kong, China

In the World Squash Team Championships 2024, the Indian Women’s team will face Australia in the pre-quarterfinal fixture in Hong Kong, China, today.

The match is scheduled to start at 9:30 AM IST.

Indian women defeated Italy 3-0 yesterday to enter the pre-quarterfinals.

Akanksha Salunkhe, Anahat Singh and Nirupama Dubey won their respective matches in straight games. India finished second in Group C, after defeating Colombia and Italy but a loss to Belgium.

The pre-quarterfinals will consist of 12 teams. Meanwhile, the Indian Men’s team will take on Malaysia in their pre-quarterfinal fixture, which is set to begin at 12:00 PM IST.

Despite losing to Colombia yesterday in their Group F match, the Indian men progressed to the playoffs, as Colombia’s subsequent win over Ireland allowed India to finish second in the group.
