India to resume first innings against South Africa at overnight score of 272/3 in Centurion Test

In cricket, India will resume their first innings against South Africa from the overnight score of 272 for 3 wickets today on the second day of the first Test of three-match series at Centurian.

Opener KL Rahul on 122 and Ajinkya Rahane on 40 were at the crease when stumps were drawn yesterday. Of the three wickets, India lost two in the second session as Lungi Ngidi struck twice in consecutive balls to remove Mayank Agarwal and Cheteshwar Pujara. Ngidi also removed skipper Virat Kohli. Ngidi then also removed skipper Virat Kohli. Batting first, Mayank Agarwal added 117 runs with KL Rahul in their opening partnership.
