In the ongoing Syed Modi India International badminton tournament in Lucknow, India's Kiran George will face Taiwan's Chia Hao Lee today in the men's singles event. In another singles event, two Indian shuttlers Priyanshu Rajawat and Sathish Karunakaran will face each other.

In the women's singles event, Ashmita Chaliha will take on Japan's Aya Ohori and Unnati Hooda will take on Japan's Nozomi Okuhara.

Besides this, men's and women's doubles events and mixed doubles events will also take place today in which various Indian players like Dhruv Rawat, Chirag Sen, Venkat Gaurav Prasad, Gayatri Gopichand Pullela, Ridhi Kaur Toor, Nitin Kumar and Ashwini Ponnappa will also test their fate to enter the quarter-finals.

The Syed Modi International Tournament 2023 kicked off on 28th November at Babu Banarasi Das Indoor Stadium in Lucknow and will culminate on the 3rd of December.
