Earlier, third seed Serbian Novak Djokovic reached final defeating top seed Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz 6-3, 5-7, 6-1, 6-1 in first semifinals.
World number one Alcaraz struggled in final two sets with cramp and ended his Roland Garros dream.
Novak Djokovic will be eyeing history in the final as he is just one win away from men's record 23rd Grand Slam singles title.
