Speed trial at Vishwamitri Dabhoi section by Western Railway

Western Railway carried out the speed trial of the track at a speed of 110 km per hour between Vishwamitri-Dabhoi section of Vadodara division. To increase the speed of this line, work was done on the track recently.

Dabhoi-Chandod section gauge conversion has been approved for speed of 110 km. Chandod-Kevadia new line is going to be inspected soon so that rail connectivity can be given to the Statue Unity.

The speed trial also create a curiosity in the people living nearby the track. However the railway issued advisory for not coming near the track during the speed trial.
