Soha Ali Khan tweets about missing Ahmedabad woman

Bollywood actress Soha Ali Khan on Thursday tweeted about 24 year-old Vrushti Jasubhai from Bodakdev area of Ahmedabad who has gone missing for the past two days

When the city police only taking a application of complaint and family including bollywood actor took the social media spread the word and help trace the girl.

Family members said that the Vrushti Jasubhai,24 is a fashion designer who graduated from a local design school. “Vrushali stayed with their parrents in Bodakdev was friend with a boy called Shivam Patel had last gone to meet him on Tuesday after which she has gone missing. The boy is also missing her maternal grandfather Abhay Kothari said.

Vrishti’s mother, who is abroad, had posted about her daughter going missing on instagram. “From this post Soha Ali Khan must have twitted” said Kothari.

He said that a FIR has not been registred yet as they are wating for Vrushti’s parrents to return from abroad. “ We also do not know much. Once the two return,we will know more”, Kothari said.

An official of Navrangpura police, with whom the application is registered, said “The woman is learnt to have gone somewhere with a friend. Preliminary investigations have revealed both the woman and the man are missing.”

Police said that the inquiry about the woman’s whereabouts will be undertaken soon. “We will inquire with her neighbours and friends list.”
