Six women among eight arrested for gambling in Vadodara

Vadodara Police raided and gambling spot at Shreeji Plaza in Khodiyar nagar and nabbed eight persons, including six women for gambling. Gambling activities are more in this time of the year during the holy Shravan month.

On instruct of PI of Bapod police station VP Chauhan, the Surveillance Squad during patrolling received the information about gambling activity running at at C-303, Shreeji Plaza near Khodiyar Nagar.

Based on the information the team raided and arrested six women and two men for gambling. Police seized cash and mobiles worth Rs 16180 from the spot.

Police booked all under gambling act and further investigating in the matter.
