    Under the British Council’s Connecting Classrooms Program Gattu Vidhyalaya from Ankleshwar Gujarat with the team of 14 members including teachers and students recently visited France and Switzerland.

    15Group Jean XIII – The partner school of Gattu Vidhyalaya organized different activities in France.Both the schools exchanged their cultural activities with each other. Indian school exchanged activities like Indian art, Painting and Rangoli.While Indian traditional dance and Garbas were learned by France people.And France dance stlyle was learned by Indians.Students also participated in many sports activities.The teachers from both the countries exchanged their teaching methods.

    gattu1The Principal of Group Jean XIII Mrs. Michele Coirier expressed her gratitude for this exchange activities.

    The team also visited Switzerland. It was an adventurous journey to Mount Titlis. The students got opportunity to know about French history when they visited different historical places in France.

    16To extend their partnership in future both schools will visit again as they promised to each other.

    The parents ,teachers and committee members of Gattu Vidhayalaya congratulated the team for this tour.
