Shooter Dadi on Republic Day Celebrations at Parul University

Vadodara based Parul university celebrated the 71st Republic Day with great enthusiasm. Sharpshooter Revolver Dadi Prakashi Tomar was the chief guest and shared her inspirational story with the students.

Sharpshooter Revolver Dadi Praksashi Tomar who learnt to shoot at the age of 65, is now one of the oldest woman sharpshooters in the world. As the chief guest for the University’s Celebrations on account of Republic Day, she shared her story with the students and motivated them to never give up in difficult times.

“It was for the love of the sport and also wanted to prove that age is just a number. It was to let the others know that if one wants to follow one’s passion, one can always take time out for it however busy one might be”, she added.
