Bam Bam Bhole, Har Har Mahadev slogans are in the air when the Shiv Parivaar procession started on the occasion of Mahashivaratri. The procession started from famous Runmukteshwar Mahadev temple at Pratapnagar where political and common public joined in big numbers. The whole environment is turning into Shivmay with the slogans and Bhajans of Lord Shiva.
From Shree Runmukteshwar temple the Shiv Parivaar of Lord Shiva, Maa Parvati, Shree Ganesh and Shree Kartikey sitting on Nandi started from there after the aarti. The aarti was performed by Satyam Shivam Sundaram samiti president and MLA Yogesh Patel, opposition leader Chandrakant Shrivastav (Bhattu) and others. After the aarti the procession was taken out with Dhol, Nagada, Bands and Shiv Bhajans.
In the Shiv ji ki Savaari body builders, skating kids, bike riders, colourful dress wearing people also joined. During the route different mandals organised DJ systems and play Shiv Bhajans to welcome the procession. Various youth groups also arrange Sharbat, water and Farali prasad along the route.
The procession starts from Runmukteshwar Mahadev temple and pass through Chowkhandi, Mandvi Nyay Mandir Sursagar Raopura road Kothi and ends at Shivpuri near Aradhana talkies. There is a maha aarti in Sursagar at Sarveshvar Mahadev.
