Said wants to give her child a gift of healthy India
Coronavirus is like a red light for pregnant ladies and health officials issues warning to take utmost care to prevent themselves from contacting the infection. However we see many examples in recent times where the Corona frontline warriors put their own life in risk to save the others.
One such incident came to light in Vadodara where a EMT in 108 ambulance perform her duty carrying seven months pregnancy. She wants to give a gift of healthy India to her baby.
Dhara Thakkar a EMT ( Emergency Medical Technician) from Undera village near Vadodara is working with 108 ambulance service for the last 11 years. Coronavirus is like a red light for pregnant women and even Prime Minister Narendra Modi also said Jaan Hai To Jahan Hai. Government has special provisions for pregnant ladies but Dhara is serving the mankind with six months pregnancy in such alarming situation.
Dhara said, many doctors and nurses, as well as staff members are victims and hospitalised with Corona Virus. It’s natural for her to be afraid of the virus, but if everyone decides not to join the service to the country then who will join? Yes i’m pregnant and It is natural for me to worry about my upcoming baby as well. But, I want to give my child the gift of a healthy India and working hard in this time, she added.
She don’t want to sit at home by taking the leave and taking every care of her child while performing her duty. She is confident that we will win the war against Corona virus and create a healthy nation for the future.
