Seven children from Bodeli Khatri family died in freak accident on Halol Bodeli road

The tyre got separated and car went straight inside open drain

Seven children from a family died on Halol Bodeli road when the tyre of the car separated and it went straight inside the drain. Khatri family from Bodeli went to meet their relatives at Halol and while returning back the car met with the accident killed seven and injured three.

The incident happened at Halol Bodeli road at the dangerous curve near Bhat village. 10 members of Khatri family from Bodeli went to meet their relatives at Halol Rahim colony and returning back in their car. Somewhere around midnight their car tyre was separated near Bhat village board on the Halol Bodeli road.

The car went straight inside the open drain and the people living nearby rushed to the spot to help them. However the water inside slowed down the pace of rescuing people but the villagers managed to rescue three of the family members. Seven children from a family died in the accident sending shock in their locality at Bodeli.

The injured were send to Jambughoda government hospital and then to Bodeli for further treatment. The bodies of seven children sent to their home where the last rights was performed. There was moment of sorrow in the whole locality when the bodies of the seven children was taken for cremation.
